Where is my order?
Once an order has been processed, it can take up to 2 business days before tracking information is available. If it's been more than 2 business days, send us an email to info@discoroasters.com and we'll be more than happy to make this right!
My order was damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry your order was damaged - don't worry. We are here to help. Send us an email to info@discocoffeeroasters.com and be sure to provide your order number. We'll get a replacement sent out to you asap! Please include any damage images you may have on the email.
Shipping & Delivery
How quickly will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, it takes 1 to 2 business days to be processed - this is not included in the shipping time frame. Standard delivery time is 4-6 business days after the order has been shipped and 1-3 business days if shipped Expedited. We don't offer over-night shipping at the moment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this point, we don’t ship internationally outside of the USA for direct orders to individual customers via our website. If you are a wholesale distributor or retailer outside of the USA, please contact us using this form.
